As a Certified ScrumMaster, you will have the training you need to help your Scrum Team perform at their highest level. Through this certification process, you will learn the Scrum framework and gain an understanding of team roles, events, and artifacts. As the expert of Scrum values, principles, and practices, the ScrumMaster protects the team from both internal and external distractions.

He paced the class really well, and he knew exactly how to make us all feel like we were sitting in a live classroom. I also thought the way the material was presented was well done. Providing the text book and workbook ahead of time was super beneficial to me (I followed the directions to get familiar with the text book BEFORE the webinar as I wanted to have a bit of a head start; I think this is helpful to remind people to do as it gives you less homework each night and allows you to focus on the lessons of the day). I also liked that the workbook has the slides to follow along with as well as the practice quizzes/tests. I particularly liked that on our 3rd and final day, we took our time doing one of the simulated exams in the book and were table to talk through – as a group – some of the tougher questions. I found this super helpful – both in helping each other think through the correct answers while also understanding how we might have arrived at the wrong answer. The instructor was great in walking us through all of this. Andy Crowe’s book is really well done. I am currently studying both the text book and workbook as I apply to take the exam in the next few weeks. I will likely look to PPM Global to do a similar boot camp for the PMP exam some time next year."

He paced the class really well, and he knew exactly how to make us all feel like we were sitting in a live classroom. I also thought the way the material was presented was well done. Providing the text book and workbook ahead of time was super beneficial to me (I followed the directions to get familiar with the text book BEFORE the webinar as I wanted to have a bit of a head start; I think this is helpful to remind people to do as it gives you less homework each night and allows you to focus on the lessons of the day). I also liked that the workbook has the slides to follow along with as well as the practice quizzes/tests. I particularly liked that on our 3rd and final day, we took our time doing one of the simulated exams in the book and were table to talk through – as a group – some of the tougher questions. I found this super helpful – both in helping each other think through the correct answers while also understanding how we might have arrived at the wrong answer. The instructor was great in walking us through all of this. Andy Crowe’s book is really well done. I am currently studying both the text book and workbook as I apply to take the exam in the next few weeks. I will likely look to PPM Global to do a similar boot camp for the PMP exam some time next year."

1. Web Conferencing Tools
This class will be taught via GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or Zoom using web meeting tools. Each web meeting tool has established a list of Global Access Numbers which will be provided to student for participation in this event. Voice over IP (VOIP) also available. PPM Global Services, Inc. is not responsible for telephone toll or data charges that may be incurred by student while connected to web or phone conferencing services.
2. Training Manual
Training materials will be delivered electronically to student and made available for download in a .PDF format. Customer is responsible for time, cost and printing of all hard-copy materials.
3. Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and substitutions, must be submitted via email to [email protected], or to [email protected].
Cancellation requests received by PPM Global Services, Inc. not later than 30 calendar days from date of purchase AND not later than 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the class for which the student was originally registered, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received later than 30 days after date of purchase OR later than 30 days prior to the start date of the class for which the student was originally registered are non-refundable.
4. Transfers
If space is available, PPM Global Services, Inc. will accommodate requests to transfer students between classes of the same type. Due to class size restrictions, students who request to be transferred from one Certified Scrum Master (CSM) class to another CSM class will be placed on a wait-list (similar to flying standby on an airline). Students on the wait-list will be prioritized in order of date placed on wait-list, with oldest wait-list join date given the highest priority. Students on the wait-list will be offered the opportunity to join the requested training session upon closure of the requested class registration period, based on the availability of seats and priority of student on wait-list.
5. Substitutions
PPM Global Services, Inc. is happy to accommodate requests to substitute the registration of one student for the registration of another student, in the same class. A fee of $250 will be assessed to cover the cost of substitution.
6. The CSM Credential is governed solely by the Scrum Alliance. PPM Global Services, Inc. does not have the power to award the CSM Credential to the student. The CSM Credential will not be issued to the student within the scope of this course. The CSM Credential may be conferred upon an individual upon successful completion of the CSM exam at the sole discretion of the Scrum Alliance.
7. Our Exam Pass Commitment is our commitment to the success of our students. If the student attends the PPM Global Services, Inc. 2-Day CSM Boot Camp class and does not pass the CSM exam on his/her first try, then the student may continue to attend any 2-Day CSM Bootcamp class publicly offered by PPM Global Services, Inc. for free until the student passes the exam. It's that simple. Due to class size restrictions, the student may be required to attend subsequent CSM bootcamps as an observer, with limited participation (i.e. audit the class).
8. CSM Exam Testing Fee Included with the Price of Class: A CSM Exam fee is collected on behalf of each student as part of the tuition for this CSM training class. The CSM Exam Fee that is collected within the price of this CSM Bootcamp is valid for the first 2 attempts of the CSM Exam. If the student fails to pass the CSM Exam during the first 2 attempts, then the student must pay a $25 fee for each subsequent attempt of the CSM Exam. Exam fees are non-transferable.
9. Consent to Receive Electronic Communications:
PPM Global Services, Inc. will communicate with customer and student electronically, via email and/or text message. Most email communications initiated by PPM Global Services, Inc., related to this training will be sent using the email address: [email protected].
